Can two(2) people stay together?
Unfortunately we are unable to do so. All rooms are for one person only.
For more than two persons booking, please reserve one room for one person.
※We do not accept reservation for more than 10 people.
Is it mixed (male & female) layout or female only area?
Our hotel is co-ed but we have female only floor.
If you prefer staying on a female-only floor please book a pod indicated "female only".
Are there any age restrictions?
12 and under are not permitted even with accompanied by guardians.
13 and above can stay, but it is required to have a signed agreement.
Please download necessary documents from down below, print the document, fill in the relevant items, and have the child bring it to our hotel on the day of arrival.

What is your cancellation policy?
The following fees and charges are required for reservation cancellation.
*Cancellation policies may vary and be pre-determined for some accommodation plans.

◆Group booking (5 rooms and more); Less than 7 days before check-in date / No Show: 100%
Can I send my luggage to the hotel prior to my arrival?
We do not accept luggage sent in advance.
When is the check in time and can I have an early check in?
Check-in starts at 4pm.
※Early check-in is not available at the moment.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in?
Yes you can.
Unfortunately, there is a limitation of luggage storage are, sometime we are unable to do so.
Please not that valuable times are your own responsibility.
If I am staying for several days, can I remain in the hotel after 10am?
Yes, you are free to stay in the hotel.
From 10am til 3pm we do our daily cleaning for the facilities and every pods.
During this time period, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
What should I do if I am arriving after the arrival time?
Please kindly let us know in case you would arrive after midnight(24:00).
Is there a lock on the pod?
Unfortunately we are unable to do so.
Due to the regulations, capsule hotels do not come with door locks.
The pod comes with a safe for locking your valuables and you'll also get a private locker to lock up all other belongings.
Can you hear the surrounding noise in the pod?
As the pods are bordered by a curtain, some of the noise in the vicinity will be heard inside.
We offer free earplugs for guests who find the noise too bothersome. Please contact reception.

Pods come equipped with lighting, safety-box, electrical outlets, and hangers.
Do pods come equipped with televisions?
No, pods are not equipped with television.
Is there a safe for valuables?
Guests can store valuables in an individual locker and key cabinet inside their pods.
The hotel is not reliable for any loss. Guests are required to manage their own valuables.
What sort of amenities do you provide?
We provide the following amenities in these respective places.
Pod: Room wear, Bath towel, Face towel, Toothbrush, Lazor
Washroom area: Facial scrub, Skin lotion, Skin cream, Hair dryer, Cotton swabs etc
Bath area: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body soap and Face wash & hand soap
※Kind of skin care amenities are female use only.
※We do not provide sleepwear.
Can I use the Internet in the hotel?
We have Wi-Fi available.
Upon your arrival, we will provide ID and Password.
※Please note that we do not have LAN cables.
Do you have smoking rooms?
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the guest rooms and at hotel facilities (bar lounge, common space).
※If you light up or vape inside the pods we must charge 25,000yen smoking fee to your credit card.
When is the check-out time? And can I get a late check-out?
Checkout time is before 10am.
※Please inquire at the front desk if planning on checking out late.
※An extra costs of 2,000yen allows you to stay in the room until 12:00 noon.
How do I check out?
To check out, please stop by at the reception desk on the first floor.
Please return your locker key and safety box key.
※Charge for key loss is 3,000yen.
Can I leave my luggage after checkout?
Yes, only if you are going to pick up the luggage within a day.
In addition, we do NOT offer overnight storage.
